It's a fairly clean and perfect hotel. Everyone who works in the venue is helpful and great. - the building is nice and the rooms are good value for money and reasonably spacious. - the location of the hotel in Gyumri is great and amazing, near the old town and Yerevan and the central square.

The staff were amiable and respectful. The room was great value for money, extremely spacious, and had a big bathroom. The location was marvellous and stunning, so close to the center of Gyumri, the central square, and the historic center of the city.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to Araks restaurant, the historic center, and the old town of Gyumri. We really liked the arrangement of the triple room when we arrived. The staff was amazing and made our 2-day stay a fantastic experience. The hotel's central setting in the heart of the city was ideal. We also appreciated how easily we could reach Pizza Jazz, just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, where we had lunch and dinner.

My recent stay at Araks Hotel Complex was exceptional. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The room I stayed in was clean, quiet, and spacious. The highlight was definitely the bathtub, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they even arranged for a room with a balcony and private parking, as I had requested. I highly recommend staying at Araks Hotel Complex.

Absolutely nothing.

Got to say, I was pleasantly surprised with a couple of extras thrown in here. Not only did I receive free Wi-Fi with my room, but also complimentary breakfast every morning. Another plus was the location, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I also enjoyed the cozy bed and the soft pillows.

My stay here was not without its negatives. the room was a bit outdated and in need of renovation.
